Often, when we talk about healthy eating, we think that desserts cannot be a part of it. This is false! Of course, as with all other things, we have to act with moderation! Many people have a sweet tooth, and since it can be hard to resist a little treat, here is a delicious recipe that will satisfy your sugar cravings!

4 servings
143 calories / 23g carbs / 0,3g fat / 12g proteins

Ingredients
4 peaches, cut in half and pitted
1 ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 star anise
1 vanilla bean
2 tablespoons apple juice
2 cups 0% fat vanilla Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut peaches in four pieces.

In a bowl, mix cinnamon, anise, vanilla, apple juice, and the peaches.

Cook the peaches on a non-stick plate suitable for use in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until the peaches are tender.

Serve on vanilla flavoured Greek yogurt.
