TABATA Classes

The high intensity TABATA training method is recognized, among other things, for its effectiveness in burning a large number of calories in a short amount of time and to offer optimal cardiovascular benefits. It is a form of HIIT training, which means that it is demanding and effective. The concept? Each TABATA consists of alternating between 20-second sequences of high-intensity effort and 10-second rest sequences. This cycle is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes per TABATA.
