Workshop #3: 10 fast ways to cook MORE
Wednesday, March 19 at 4:30 pm with Dorothée Buteau-Poulin, nutritionist
Discover my 10 tips for cooking more easily. This workshop is for you, whatever your current eating habits or personal goals, whether you cook just a little or very often.
Workshop #4: Running on an empty stomach: good for performance?
Wednesday, March 26 at 6 pm with Audrey Perron, nutritionist
This workshop will explore fasted running training, its advantages and disadvantages, its impact on fat loss and performance as well as ideas for snacks before a run!
