I had to lose weight. I had tried several diets in the past, none of which had yielded satisfactory results.
I was always hungry, and sugar cravings made me feel like a bottomless pit until I met the nutritionist at the gym where I had just signed up for a membership. I thought I was eating healthy, but she showed me the true meaning of a healthy and balanced nutrition. The foods I now eat can sustain me and provide me with more energy than ever to practise sports.
My relationship with food has changed my life for the better. I am proud of myself for gradually meeting all of the objectives I had set for myself J. Thanks to a healthy nutrition and regular training sessions that I never skip, I now have the upper hand to be successful. My success has even become contagious, and people all around me are now looking for ways to improve their eating habits. That’s the real key to success. Exercising is good, but being active and eating healthy foods is what creates real results.
