Finding a good salad dressing can prove to be complicated. The calorie count goes up really fast simply by adding olive oil! To make things easier for you, here are my favourite fat-free (or almost) dressing recipes!

45 ml (3 tablespoons) light mayonnaise
45 ml (3 tablespoons) 0% M.F. plain Greek yogurt
15 ml (1 tablespoon) red wine vinegar
10 ml (2 teaspoons) full grain mustard
5 ml (1 teaspoon) maple syrup
Salt and pepper, to taste

52 calories / 3 g carbs / 2 g protein / 4 g fat / 0 g fibre

60 ml (1/4 cup) orange juice
30 ml (2 tablespoons) balsamic vinegar
15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey

90 ml (1/3 cup) fresh pink grapefruit juice

45 ml (3 tablespoons) honey
